Remove your public profile from search engines, hide it from public view, or correct entered data
We cannot delete data at its source — public commercial registers and SHAB publish information on every registered company and decision-maker (including deleted ones), and Swiss Graph reflects that data.
To change the underlying registry data, submit an application to your competent commercial register. Once updated there, the change flows automatically to Swiss Graph.
For visibility on Swiss Graph, you can request to hide a Decision Maker profile or a sole proprietorship from search engines and/or public view.
Regulated institutions (banks, insurers, auditors, and other entities subject to KYC / due-diligence obligations) retain access to all registry data through their enterprise package — they are legally required to read public registry information and we cannot withhold it from them. Company profiles cannot be removed — corporate entities (AG, GmbH, etc.) are not personal information and are meant to be 100% public.

- All personal data shown on Swiss Graph is sourced from publicly available official registries.
- This service is not applicable to persons with public presence whose biography and personal data is widely available.
- Removal from Swiss Graph does not remove data from official registries. Contact the relevant registry for source removal.
- Enterprise clients (banks, insurers, regulated institutions) retain access to all registry data — they are legally obliged to read it for due diligence.
Identity verification is processed by Didit. We keep the verification result and an audit reference, but we never display your verified name, nationality, or residence back to you on this page — only whether they match the profile you selected. The full verified record stays in our secure backend for compliance.
